There are times when I want it all.
I enjoy the abundance of everything: people, places, things.
Until I become totally fatigue of it all.
And all I can think of is escaping.
If I could just take my daughter and dog with me.
But I can't.
At the moment, I am doing all I can to close my eyes
and try not to see nor hear of all the unnecessary.
Too much of everything.
Too many people. Too many words.
These photos I had reblogged in my Tumblr gave me comfort.
The simple life.
I will love it.
Until something else. Again.

I have used this saying as an ancient Chinese wisdom - however, I have no idea who said it first.
I love it. And I so agree with it. It goes something like this:
There are three things which you never get tired of watching:
If I could see them all every day, I am sure all the worries would seem so small.

ps. my baby is all grown now, so I am dreaming of having another baby, puppy that is.

The past few days I have been digging into the life of Sylvia Plath again. More and more.
“I am still so naïve; I know pretty much what I like and dislike;
but please, don’t ask me who I am. A passionate, fragmentary girl, maybe?”
“Life has been some combination of fairy-tale coincidence
and joie de vivre and shocks of beauty
together with some hurtful self-questioning.”
“I like people too much or not at all.
I've got to go down deep, to fall into people, to really know them.”

This time of the year I find myself looking at all the magazines and blogs on anything to do with sea.
This is what I just saw, and liked :
